Terms & Conditions

1	The holiday must be booked directly through Hi-Tec Drains, please do not book the holiday through the Travellers Rest website! To book please call 01643 841238 or email mike@hi-tecdrains.com

2	The holiday is for seven nights Saturday to Saturday. The cottage will be available after 3pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure. If you cannot or do not want the cottage for the seven nights there will be no allowance or reimbursement for unused nights.

3	Holiday must be taken between October and March (excluding bank holidays)

4	The holiday cottage sleeps up to ten people and is self catering. Bedding and towels will be provided.

5	Please ring the day before your holiday is due to start to confirm your time of arrival and to find out where the keys will be.

6	A minimum of 28 days notice is required should you wish to cancel or change the dates. By giving less than 28 days notice you may forfeit the holiday and re-booking may not be possible. Please call 01643 841238 at the earliest possible chance.
