Estimations
We will happily pop out for free and provide you with an estimation for any repairs, although we must emphasise that this is not as effective as a full survey as we will not put a camera into the drain. Unfortunately the structural condition of the drain cannot be determined just by standing near it. We will therefore not guarantee our estimation, although included in our recommendations and covered in the estimate will be the surveying of the drain. We will then be able to tell you prior to the commencement of any works if the estimate is correct or if the cost of the repairs will be more or less.
In need of a second opinion?
If you have already had a drainage survey carried out by a different company and are in need of a second opinion, then we will happily come out for free and share our thoughts with you. It is beneficial if we can see the report though as it enables us to fully understand the extent of the problem and provide a more accurate estimation.
It should be noted however, that our recommendations will be based on the report carried out by the other company and so is reliant on the information being correct. We cannot therefore guarantee our estimation.
